Residential Cooling
One of the great advantages of modern living is air conditioning. At AMS, we have been the community leader in Spokane residential air conditioning installation for over 30 years. We take pride in providing the highest-quality residential air conditioning units in the industry.
We stand by all of our residential cooling installations, which is why we only partner with the best manufacturers. Every unit we install in built to meet and exceed HVAC industry standards: SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio), ENERGY STAR, AFUE (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency), and HSPF (Heating Seasonal Performance Factor).
Our manufacturers include Ruud, Carrier, Kelvinator, Lennox, Trane and Maytag. We believe in installing only the best, because we know that by installing the best all of our customers will benefit from residential cooling and air conditioning systems that save money and require little maintenance.

Spokane residential air conditioning installation is about more than simply lowering the temperature in your home. We can all appreciate a cool breeze on a hot day. But proper residential air conditioning also regulates your home’s air quality, humidity, and overall comfort level.
The right residential cooling system for your home will also lower your monthly energy bills, putting more money into your pocket. It will reduce your tax burden and protect your family’s belongings from the wear and tear caused by rising and falling temperatures. It will help you sleep on hot summer nights.
Our Spokane residential air conditioning installation process is straightforward and simple: we conduct a home evaluation to determine the needs of your house and your family; next we install the unit best suited to your home; finally, we follow up with you to ensure that your needs are being met by your new system, as well as to determine the best annual maintenance plan for your new unit.
Tax Rebates and Incentives
A more energy efficient residential heating installation can save you money! Currently, the federal government offers an income tax credit of 10% of the cost up to $500 for home owners installing energy efficient systems such as heat pumps, central air conditioning, gas and propane furnaces, and many other systems. A 30% of cost tax rebate is available for qualifying geothermal installations (with no upper limit cost).
Washington State is offering tax incentives and rebates for numerous energy efficient upgrades, such as converting from electric central ducted forced air furnace to an air source heat pump ($900 rebate). Homes that receive an ENERGY STAR/ECO rating can receive addition rebates up to $1000.
