Residential Heating

At Advanced Mechanical Systems, we specialize in installing and maintaining Spokane residential heating systems. We provide residential heating installations throughout the Inland Northwest, and our team of highly-skilled technicians remains dedicated to quality customer service.

All of our Spokane residential heating units are rated against the highest industry standards, such as AFUE (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency), SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) and HSPF (Heating Seasonal Performance Factor). We install heating systems from only the best manufacturers in the business, such as Trane, Maytag and Lennox.

The reason for our dedication to quality is simple: we live here too. We know what it’s like to deal with the harsh Inland Northwest winter. We know what it’s like when your residential HVAC system breaks down in December and your house goes cold. We take care with our own families, and we bring that same attention and care to yours.

Spokane Residential Heating Installation

All of our residential heating installation customers receive the same quality service and go through the same process: home evaluation, installation day, and follow-up and annual maintenance.

No matter what type of residential heating unit you eventually install in your home, these three steps are crucial to the process. Our experts will fully evaluate your home to determine the best heating unit for your HVAC needs as well as your budget. Next, our team will properly install your new residential heating system. Installation day is crucial, as the majority of your heating system’s efficiency depends upon a correct installation. Finally, our technicians will follow up with you to ensure that your new residential heating installation is running and operating properly, as well as to identify the best annual maintenance program for you.

Energy Tax Rebates

A more energy efficient residential heating installation can save you money! Currently, the federal government offers an income tax credit of 10% of the cost up to $500 for home owners installing energy efficient systems such as heat pumps, gas and propane water boilers, gas and propane furnaces, and many other systems.

Washington State is offering tax incentives and rebates for numerous energy efficient upgrades, such as converting from electric to natural gas furnace ($2,300 rebate). Homes that receive an ENERGY STAR/ECO rating can receive addition rebates up to $1000.
