Cheney Commercial and Industrial Heating
Business owners in Cheney are intimately familiar with the long, harsh Inland Northwest winters and the extreme temperatures they bring. Sub-zero cold can stretch out for weeks on end, wreaking havoc on your business, lowering productivity, damaging goods and assets, and frustrating your customers.
As business owners ourselves, we understand the needs and concerns of entrepreneurs when it comes to dealing with extreme cold. We take every Cheney commercial HVAC installation seriously, giving our best efforts to our business clients. We install only the highest-quality units manufactured by the top names in the industry, like Trane, Lennox and American Standard. All of our units meet and exceed industry standards like AFUE (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency), SEER (Season Energy Efficiency Ratio) and HSPF (Heating Seasonal Performance Factor).

Cheney Commercial and Industrial Cooling
It’s not only the winters that are harsh in Cheney. Inland Northwest summers bring extreme temperatures as well, and in many ways the blistering heat can be even more damaging than the winter cold. Extreme heat significantly lowers productivity, with a 5% drop for every two-degree increase in temperature. Intense heat can spoil goods and have lasting negative impacts on machinery.
Commercial and industrial air conditioning is crucial to establishing a stable indoor climate for your employees and your customers. At AMS, we are committed to providing all of our commercial clients with the highest-quality products and the best service in our industry, guaranteed.

Cheney Commercial HVAC Installation
Every Cheney commercial HVAC installation at AMS is a three-step process:
- Inspection and Evaluation
- Follow Up and Maintenance
Inspection and Evaluation
The first step in your commercial HVAC installation is a full inspection and evaluation of your commercial building or buildings. There are numerous factors that our expert technicians will take into account during the evaluation process, including, but not limited to: the size of your building, the number of rooms and floors, your particular climate control requirements and goals, the budget you have set out for the project, and the amount of disruption your business can handle during installation.
Our installation team members will work closely with you to create an individually fashioned heating and cooling plan that meets the unique needs of your business.
At AMS, we handle your commercial HVAC installation from beginning to end. We install not only the heating and air conditioning units themselves, but also all of the necessary ductwork, sheet metal and venting. There is no step of the installation process that our technicians are not fully trained and proficient at handling.
An HVAC unit must be properly installed to work at peak efficiency. Unlike many other mechanical devices, a heating and cooling system will not work at full-potential if it is incorrectly installed. This is why we take extra time and care when installing your heating and cooling system and why all of our work is guaranteed.
Follow Up and Maintenance
Regular maintenance of your HVAC system is essential. You wouldn’t drive your car forever without changing the oil and the air filters. A heating and cooling system is no different. It needs annual maintenance to keep everything in good working order.
At AMS, we offer three different maintenance plans: Monthly, Annual and Semi-Annual. After your installation is complete, our technicians will suggest a particular plan based upon the type of unit you have installed and how often the unit will run throughout the year. Maintenance plans are optional, but we strongly recommend that you invest in regular maintenance each year.
Cheney Commercial HVAC Maintenance
As HVAC providers, we understand how crucial annual maintenance is for your heating and cooling system. Regular maintenance is what keeps your system running smoothly and at peak performance. When your heating and cooling unit is performing at optimal efficiency, you will see lower energy bills and your chances of a serious breakdown are significantly reduced.
We offer three annual maintenance plans, each of which can be adapted to your particular commercial HVAC system:
After your installation is complete, our technicians will work with you to develop a maintenance plan that works for your business. By following this plan, your unit should experience a long, stable lifespan and bring years of efficient climate control to your building.
